If your bike needs some tender loving care, you are very welcome to our bike workshop at CYKOM STORE in Ørestad (Copenhagen S), where our top-notch bike mechanics perform all kinds of repairs.
We offer services and repairs for sports bikes (road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, track bikes, and time trial bikes)*, and bike accessories such as wheelsets, spare parts, gears, brakes, and more.
*We do not accept everyday bikes, city bikes, or similar types - and only receive clean and well-maintained bikes. Please note that if we receive a very dirty bike, we will need to clean it before commencing work, for a fee of DKK 249.

Prices for repairs in our bike workshop
Our fixed hourly rate in the bike workshop is DKK 750.
All prices are in DKK, including VAT, and are billed per minute used.
All repairs incur a mandatory environmental surcharge of DKK 40.

Racing Bike Service and Preparation
Of course, we also offer general service and preparation for your road bike, gravel bike, mountain bike, track bike, and time trial bike, ensuring it's fully ready for use.
We offer the following standard services:
Semi-pro Service — DKK 749:
Our semi-pro service ensures you're ready for the road, with the most essential parts checked and prepared. It includes:
- Gear adjustment and limit screw adjustment
- Lubrication of all moving parts (excluding bottom bracket)
- Chain and cassette lubrication
- Check for wear on cassette, chain, and chainrings (you will be informed if these need replacement)
- Brake pad check and adjustment (Brake pad replacement from DKK 109)
- Carbon assembly compound application
- Di2 gear update
*Price may vary depending on scope, but you will always be informed beforehand. Remember, we only accept clean bikes.
Pro Service — DKK 1,249:
Our pro service is for those who want to ensure everything on their bike is in perfect condition. Our service includes:
- Everything from the semi-pro service
- Tightening of spokes and potential wheel truing
- Bottom bracket lubrication
- Handlebar tape replacement (see link)
- Di2 gear personalization upon agreement with the mechanic (guaranteed within 48 hours)
- Rim brakes: Brake cable and brake wire replacement – standard
- Disc brakes: Bleeding and potential brake fluid top-up

If unexpected extra work or new spare parts are required for service and repair, you will be contacted before any additional work is carried out, and an agreement will be made.
